Washington, D.C. — Williams & Jensen is pleased to announce that Josh Fendrick has joined the firm as our newest Principal. Josh brings a wealth of experience in economic and financial policy, as well as deep expertise in bipartisan policymaking, making him a strong addition to our team.
Prior to joining Williams & Jensen, Josh served as the lead on Democrat lobbying efforts at Coinbase, the largest domestic cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s policy strategy, navigating the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, and advancing its priorities with lawmakers and regulators.
Prior to joining Coinbase, Josh developed his policy and legislative expertise on Capitol Hill. He served as Economic Policy Advisor to Senator Gary C. Peters (D-MI) and Representative Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), two of the most respected and effective bipartisan leaders in Congress. During his time on the Hill, Josh led efforts on key economic legislation, advising on a wide range of issues including banking, capital markets, small business, and tax policy.
