Before joining Williams & Jensen, Josh was the lead on Democrat lobbying efforts at Coinbase, the largest domestic cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, he played a central part in shaping the company’s policy strategy, guiding it through the complex and evolving regulatory landscape, and advancing its priorities with lawmakers and regulators.

Josh’s career also includes significant experience on Capitol Hill, where he served as Economic Policy Advisor to Senator Gary C. Peters (D-MI) and Representative Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ). In these roles, Josh advised on a wide range of issues including banking, capital markets, small business, and tax policy. He led efforts on key economic legislation and became known for his ability to forge bipartisan support for critical policy initiatives.
