Frank C. Vlossak IV
PRINCIPAL
Frank Vlossak joined Williams & Jensen in 1999 and became a Principal in 2004. Frank focuses on policy issues including energy, environment, agriculture, conservation, aviation, and transportation. He has extensive experience working on behalf of the midstream segment of the oil and gas industry, including pipeline operators. Frank has successfully represented clients that include conservation organizations, a county water treatment authority, and a transportation trade association.Â

From 1997 to 1998, Frank was a legislative assistant for Representative Merrill Cook (R-UT), handling Transportation and Infrastructure Committee issues. Prior to law school, he worked as a legislative analyst at Williams & Jensen. Frank is from Clinton, New York and started his Washington career as an intern to Representative Sherwood Boehlert (R-NY) in 1987.

In addition to serving Williams & Jensen clients, Frank is a member of the Federalist Society, the Pennsylvania State Society, and the Virginia State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section. Frank co-teaches a class in lobbying and government relations at Hamilton College, most recently in 2024.
