Senate: The Senate passed the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act and continued processing nominations, including the second package of 107 Trump Administration nominations. They passed Congressional Review Acts H.J.Res.104, H.J.Res.105, and H.J.Res.106 to rescind Bureau of Land Management rules modifying land use plans for the Miles City Field Office, the North Dakota Field Office, and Central Yukon. The Senate has now failed 7 times to reach the 60-vote threshold to pass legislation to provide short-term government funding.

House: The House was in recess.
