Williams & Jensen has considerable experience representing companies and associations that have consumer protection issues. Our team works with legislative committees that have jurisdiction over these issues, including the U.S. House of Representatives' Energy and Commerce committee, and the U.S. Senate's Commerce, Science and Transportation committee. In addition to working on a range of consumer protection legislation, the firm also has represented clients before the Consumer Product Safety Commission, negotiating solid solutions on clients' behalf.
Advancing clients' consumer product safety issues
