Williams & Jensen's transportation practice encompasses all areas of law affecting private and public sector providers, and consumers of transportation services. Clients include airlines, railroads, public transit providers, and pipeline companies, as well as cities, states, and transportation industry manufacturers. The firm regularly represents clients before Congress, the White House, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and the US Department of Transportation and all of its agencies.
