Financial Services Policy

Williams & Jensen has been involved in financial services policy for two decades, representing financial institutions small and large, as well as associations. The range of issues we have dealt with has been equally broad. The firm has represented clients on matters touching virtually every aspect of banking and securities regulation, as well as Federal insurance and futures exchange trading. Notably, we have represented clients in every major legislative proposal involving banking, securities, and derivatives.

As technological and innovative developments continue to change the financial services industry and pose challenges to policymakers, our experience and understanding enable us to gauge developments accurately and deliver results.
