Frank Vlossak became associated with Williams & Jensen in 1999 and became a Principal in 2004. Mr. Vlossak concentrates his practice on legislative issues concerning energy, environment, natural resources, financial services, and transportation.
Professional background
From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Vlossak worked for Representative Merrill Cook (R-UT) as a legislative assistant handling transportation and health care issues. Prior to law school, he worked as a legislative analyst at Williams & Jensen. Mr. Vlossak also worked for Representative Sherwood Boehlert (R-NY).
In addition to serving Williams & Jensen clients, Mr. Vlossak is a member of the Federalist Society, the Republican National Lawyers Association, and the George Mason University School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors. In 2008, Mr. Vlossak co-taught a class in lobbying and government relations at Hamilton College.
